Crown Jewels National Pageant Sponsorship Opportunities for Your Business!

As a sponsor of a Crown Jewels National Pageant, your company receives premium branding and recognition on a very personal level to the families of the Austin area and beyond. Show your company’s strengths through this targeted sponsorship, and be remembered long after the event. We are expecting approximately 100 contestants and 100-200 parents, siblings and friends plus spectators.  Marketing for this event includes: posters, press releases to all local media outlets, advertisements in local and national publications, internet advertising.

Sponsorship packages range from modest ($50.00) to lavish ($10,000) depending on how much promotion you want to do and how much exposure you want to receive.  We are happy to create a custom sponsorship package for your business in ANY amount.

Media Sponsor

This sponsorship package is offered to any and all media sources interested in sponsoring the pageant by trading advertisement and promotion via air time or space through their particular media outlet. (ex:  Television spots, radio commercial, newsprint advertisement, ticket giveaways)

Trade or In-kind Donation Level

This sponsorship package is offered to any business, organization, and/or individual that does not give a monetary donation, but instead will offer or provide a service or product as an award.  The swap out will be the same as for cash sponsorships for Bronze, Silver, Gold, or Platinum packages...we cannot swap out for the Diamond Sponsorship.

Booth $50 Level

Hotel will charge $50 for electricity and $10 for internet.

Goodie Bag inclusion $50 plus you supply what you want to include.  We can give you the number you will need to supply 2 weeks prior to the event when entries close.  This affordable opportunity enables you to showcase your company by providing one premium or collateral item to be included in 500 event tote bags. This can be a current promotion of you company or general information. Taking advantage of this sponsorship will put your business directly in the hands of the family market.  Flyers can be submitted.If larger than 4x6, must be tri-folded.  Pencils, candy, novelty items or any other suitable item that will promote your business can be provided.

Sponsors may also provide larger gifts (too large for the goodie bags) for our contestants or their families for the same $50 fee.  Gifts may be in the form of cash, merchandise or service donations, and shopping certificates or discounts.

Crown Jewels National Pageant applications and poster may be placed at your location upon request.
